Did you know?
Atopic (meaning conditions such as eczema, asthma, conjunctivitis and hay fever) eczema has a genetic basis and affects 10-30% of children in the UK.

While there is no cure for atopic eczema, there is very effective treatment.

Seventy five percent of children improve by their teenage years.

There are several triggers for eczema that may be airborne or as a result of contact with the skin. These can be tested for.

There are now creams available that have no steroids known as topical immunomodulators. They may be used as intermittent therapy to prevent eczema flares.
